Shipping – Delivery/Pick Up

  • It will be the sole responsibility of the seller to deliver/ arrange for pick-up of the item to the buyer.
  • It will be the sole responsibility of the seller/buyer to check-up that the goods is in good condition just before handing over/picking up the delivery and then only affect the deliver/pick up of the same to/by the buyer .
  • Delivery of the festival idols and other materials will start a week prior to the beginning of the festivals like Ganeshotsava, Navratri, Christmas and other festivals.
    Shipping of non-festival (other handicrafts) order will be done within five business days in order to ensure that it reaches its destination within 10 business days.

The transit time of 5 days is only an estimate and we are not liable for delays, especially looking into the current pandemic condition.

Currently, we ship to all major cities and towns in India.

  • The Enterprise shall not be liable for any failure and/or delay on its part in performing any of its obligation and/or for any loss, damage, costs, charges and expenses incurred and/or suffered by the User by reason there of if such failure and/or delay shall be result of or arising out of Force Majeure Event set out herein.
  • Explanation: “Force Majeure Event” means any event due to any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Enterprise, including, without limitation, unavailability of any communication system, sabotage, fire, flood, earthquake, explosion, acts of God, civil commotion, strikes, lockout, and/or industrial action of any kind, breakdown of transportation facilities, riots, insurrection, hostilities whether war be declared or not, acts of government, governmental orders or restrictions breakdown and/or hacking of the Website and/or contents provided for availing the Products and/or services under the Website, such that it is impossible to perform the obligations under the Agreement, or any other cause or circumstances beyond the control of the Enterprise hereto which prevents timely fulfilment of obligation of the Enterprise hereunder.

Seller Verification and Refunds to Buyers

The Seller authorises the Enterprise to perform certain checks before remitting the Transaction Price to Seller’s Bank Account to ensure the safety of the Transaction, Website and to mitigate any payment risks. As part of performing such checks, the Enterprise will also have the right to hold the remittance to the Seller’s Valid Bank Account and require Seller to furnish certain documents for verification purposes. The Enterprise also reserves the right to refund the Transaction Price back to the Buyer which the Enterprise has withheld or continue holding the periodic payments (including all future payments) in any of the following condition.
If the Seller does not provide the requisite verification documents within the prescribed time frame communicated by the Enterprise or as provided in the rules and policies of the Website; or
If the verification documents submitted are invalid, tampered or forged; or
If the verification documents suggest that the Dispatch has been done to an address which is different from the shipping address provided by the Buyer; or
If the Seller has not Dispatched the items using a recognized dispatch channel but used any other means; or
If Seller has provided incorrect or invalid Dispatch Details or has not Delivered the item to Buyer; or
If the Seller has listed an Item which violates the User Agreement or the rules and polices made thereunder; or
If the Seller has Dispatched an item different from the description mentioned on the Transaction, or
The Enterprise is instructed by any law enforcement agency or government or statutory authority to deny or decline or withhold such remittance.
In all the above cases the Enterprise will not be held liable for any loss incurred by the Seller arising out of such refund.


Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final.
We must be notified with 24 hours from delivery of any defects for other than items termed as fragile (idols) especially during festivals as mentioned.
We may request that you return 100% of a defective order within 5 business days before we agree to redo your order and if not possible will proceed with the refund (non-fragile, tough, hard items only).
It will be the sole responsibility of the buyer to check the fragile items like idols, glass frames, statues, etc. are in good condition before accepting delivery and pickup. No refund, exchange or return will be given on such fragile items after delivery/ pickup

As already noted in the Shipping – Delivery/Pick up it will be the responsibility of the buyer to check and receive the fragile items (especially idols) in good condition especially during the festivals like Ganeshotsav (Bhadrapad/Magh), Navratra (Ashwin /Chaitra), Christmas and other festivals. No Refund/exchange/return will be provided on this items.
If you receive damaged idol during festival before delivery/ pick-up for any reason, we will refund the entire booking amount or replace the idol with another one if feasible for delivery to your area. The replacement is provided with the available idol in stock. Same idol is not guaranteed. Our responsibility is till we deliver the idol.
Note – After the Seller checks the product (non – festival/ non – fragile) returned by the customer, refund will be made to your account within 2 business days. Products that are damaged or modified by customers may not be accepted.
