DELIVERY & SHIPPING

When will be the idols booked for festivals be delivered?

The idol will be delivered on any date between 1 – 10 days prior to the date of beginning of the festival. Exact date cannot be given. Kindly make necessary arrangement accordingly to receive the idol and other products related to the festival.

Can I take the shipment of an idol (during festivals) after opening and checking the contents inside?

It will be the sole responsibility of the buyer to check the fragile items like idols, glass frames, statues, etc. are in good condition before ac-cepting delivery and pickup and send. Once the delivery/pick up s done it will be assumed that the product has been received in by the buyer in good condition.

Can I club my orders from different sellers to be delivered together?

Currently, there is no option to club orders from different sellers to be delivered together as sellers could be located in different locations and the delivery timelines would vary based on their partnered courier service providers. To ensure your items reach you at the earliest, each seller ships their products as per their individual timelines.

Why do I see a 'delivery charge'?

It usually costs sellers more to ship some items. So, sometimes they choose to add a delivery charge as per the area of delivery from their company, outlet, etc. The delivery charge is waived off by some sellers if you shop with them for a certain amount.

When will be the purchase of idols and other products related to a fes-tival will be stopped?

Acceptance of purchase of idols and other products will be stopped ten days before the date of beginning of the festival.

Will non- festival products be available for purchase around the year?

Yes, it will be available around the year.

Why do I see different prices for the same product?

You could see different prices for the same product, as it could be listed by many Sellers.

How can I order for large quantities of the product as part of a corporate order?

How can I purchase your product in bulk for further sell?

You can register yourself and write to us on [email protected] .

What does Pre-order or 'Forthcoming' mean?

Items marked as 'Pre-order' or 'Forthcoming' are expected to be re-leased soon and you can pre-book them with sellers. Such items will be shipped after their official release by the seller with whom you've pre-booked them.

Who can register for My Murti?

Anyone who is of 18 years and above can register after reading the Private Policy/ Terms and Condition/ Shipping, Return and Refund Policy.

Who can register and display their product for sell?

Any Murtikar(Idol Maker), Artisan, Craftsman, Painter or people, firm encouraging such people. Etc. can register and display their products on My Murti.

As a buyer is it necessary for me to register?

It’s absolutely necessary to register to buy a product from the site.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accepts all type of Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Payment Wallets like Paytm, GPay, PhonePe & more. We also accept via UPIs.

Order & Returns

Which products are not eligible for returns?

Fragile items like idols, glass, etc. are not eligible for return once delivery/pick up has been done. For more information kindly refer to Shipping, Return and Refund Policy.

Is it possible to return/exchange fragile items?

No refund, exchange or return will be given on such fragile items after delivery/ pickup.

What’s the cancellation policy?

Cancellation can be done within 24 hours of purchase.
